Fresh and light – perfect for any time of the year.
In a bowl, combine the butter and salt. Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15″ x 10″ x 1-in cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 mins or until golden brown. Cool.
In a large salad bowl, layer half of the lettuce, pastrami, tomato, sauerkraut, onions and dressing; repeat layers. Sprinkle with croutons and Swiss cheese.
