Not your basic coleslaw. Sweet and tangy. Goes great with most anything.
Finely shred cabbage. Chop onion and peppers or put through a food processor. Layer the cabbage, onion and peppers, alternating layers in a glass dish. In a sauce pan, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard and celery seed. Heat to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over cabbage mixture, do not stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Will last in refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
