Quick, easy, and tested on just about every first date I’ve had!
On a baking sheet, spread out pecans and toast for 7 minutes at 350F
In a small bowl, combine mayo, milk, sugar, vinegar, and poppy seeds. Stir to combine, or shake (way more fun).
In a large salad bowl, combine fresh spinach, strawberries, and pecans. When you are ready to serve, toss with dressing.

I’ve never made my own poppy seed dressing for a salad, I am excited to try this!
