Gluten-free and missing Chinese take away? Try this simple recipe for gluten-free and dairy-free pork and mushroom noodles.
Cook noodles according to instructions on packet.
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan. Add garlic, chili and 5 spice. Add sausage and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add noodles and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Enjoy.
