A new take on the classic sandwich.
Over medium high heat, brown ground beef, onions, and peppers in a large skillet. Drain off fat and return to skillet.
Whisk beef broth with cornstarch and add to beef mixture in skillet. Over medium high heat, bring beef mixture to a simmer.
Add steak seasoning, salt, pepper, and steak sauce. Reduce heat and simmer beef mixture for about 10 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture onto crusty buns, sprinkling shredded cheese on top of beef.
