A fresh salad with edamame, avocado, corn and cilantro topped with a squeezed lime juice.
Cook edamame according to package instructions. Place edamame and cooked corn in a bowl. Add diced avocado, peppers, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
