A healthy sandwich, great when you are on the go! Full of protein and topped with broccoli sprouts!
In a large bowl, combine chicken, chickpeas, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Cut a pita in half and take the chicken and chickpea salad and stuff it into the pita. Garnish with broccoli sprouts, cucumbers and red onion!
