This was a Thanksgiving tradition at my house growing up. With strawberries, banana and pineapple, what’s there not to like?
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries; stir occasionally until thawed. Add crushed pineapple and bananas, finely diced.
Pour half into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin on top. Chill again until firm. Cut into squares.
