A healthy twist on the classic party food. Only 3 ingredients and 30 minutes … and done.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Wrap one piece of turkey bacon around each chicken breast, securing with a toothpick if needed. Set aside.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot add the chicken.
4. Brown the chicken in the oil on each side, just for a minute or two per side (until the bacon is nice and seared.)
5. Once the chicken is browned, transfer to small baking pan or dish with sides.
6. While the chicken cooks, mix the brown sugar, Splenda, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan.
7. Over medium-high heat, bring the sauce to a boil, stirring regularly.
8. Boil for a minute or two, until it has begun to thicken up.
9. Pour the sauce over the chicken (reserve some for serving over rice, quinoa etc), put the chicken in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
10. Serve chicken and sauce over rice and top with water chestnuts and green onion.
Devour!

I made this tonight and there is an error in the measurement Taylor. I went to your website to confirm that it is 1/4 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce, not 1/4 cup. I know this was just a typo. I will try this again with the proper measurement.
