A treat for lunch!
Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chicken, tomato and cilantro in a bowl. Spread evenly over the four tortillas. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F. Cut rolls into 1/2″ slices. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
