Apple salad made with raisins, walnuts, and yogurt. Light and refreshing.
Cut the apples (with the skin on) into long strips about ½ inch wide (about the size of a french fry). Add the cut apples to a large bowl.
Right after cutting the apples and adding them to the bowl, add the lemon juice. Stir the apples and lemon juice together (the lemon juice keeps the apples from turning brown).
Chop the celery and add it to the bowl with the apples. Add the walnuts, raisins and honey. Then add the yogurt and sour cream. Stir all of the ingredients together.
This is best when served right after making the salad.
