Healthy veggies taken captive by an oily, sugary dressing wasn’t going to cut it for me. So I made this dish fit my calorie budget.
Mix together the oil, water, vinegar, sugar, and the Ramen seasoning package. Place in refrigerator to cool.
When ready to serve, toss together the slaw, onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Pour chilled dressing over slaw mix and toss.
Just before serving, add uncooked noodles and toss again.

I haven’t eaten Ramen Slaw in years, but I remember it fondly. I look forward to trying your healthier version.
