Serve this salad family style at your next BBQ.
Make pickled radishes (see recipe in my recipe box).
Slice romaine heads in half lengthwise. Rinse and dry. Brush lettuce with olive oil. Grill lettuce for about 2-3 minute on each side.
Stir together buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Remove lettuce from grill and place on a platter. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and top with pickled radishes.
