Love this recipe. To avoid the over-salting, ditch the kosher salt on the steak and cook the marinade down. We use rice noodles with it, and we finish the cooking in the sauce which ensures the noodles are picking up the extra flavoring. Oh, and the ponzu sauce makes it so much better!

This was REALLY good! Served it to my new sister-in-law from Dallas and she was IMPRESSED! I used your simple asian noodle recipe for the noodles and just used this recipe to marinade the steak! Thanks!

It sounded so good!! But it was soooo salty that no one could eat it!! The steak pieces were delicious though so I picked them out to put on a salad. But I had to feed the noodles and sauce to the doggie…..

This looks wonderful! I love cold noodle salads. I’d have to use a fork, though. My chopstick skills hover below sub-par. It’s bad.
