This pasta salad is easy to throw together and it’s pretty tasty, too!
Boil your eggs, peel, and refrigerate to cool. Next cook your pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Chop the cooled eggs and red onion. Add to the pasta, along with the shredded cheese. Next, add the mayonnaise and stir to combine. Finally, add the season salt and mix to incorporate. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
This dish can be made the night before. If doing so, you may want to add a little mayonnaise and a pinch of season salt to the pasta before serving.
