This can be a side or main dish. I took this to Bunko and it was a hit—all gone in a flash.
Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water. In a large glass salad bowl, layer tortellini, broccoli, tomatoes, celery, green onions, olives and cheese.
To make the dressing, combing in a small bowl the mayo, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, whipping cream and thyme; mix together well. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Hi, nope you don’t toss if before serving, using a serving spoon you just go straight down and get a bit of everything Enjoy, we loved it!!

This sounds really good! I’ve always wondered if you’re supposed to ‘toss’ the salad before serving ?
