sashimi salad. The local asian grocery store has a sushi counter, and chefs will often package small sushi odds and ends over mixed greens, like a chirashi bowl. You can eat it mixed with soba noodles or with rice.

I love to make gazpacho and avocado soup — both can be served at room temperature or chilled and I usually add a side salad and some delicous crostini to go with it. This makes a great summer meal.
