My go to meal is chicken salad. I always make a base of chicken with a little mayo, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic and papricka. I have 3 boys who each like their chicken salad different. So with the inital recipe i can add fruit to top a salad, add some nuts, chocpped onions and celery make a sandwich or add italian/ranch seasoning and add it to some cold pasta.
