On Sunday I grill a week’s worth of marinated chicken tenders. When I get home from work, all I have to do is pull out the salad that I prepped on Sunday, add the cold chopped up marinated chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes and shredded carrots, shred a bit of cheese and add dressing, easy peasy.
