I make a salad that is either cous cous or quinoa as a base with feta, tomatoes, cucumbers and lemon juice with sometime olive oil thrown in. Good stuff. And anything on the grill. I have a fiance that is no fan of pasta so that fall back is out!

Once a week I like to take all the leftover vegetables, meats and cheeses and throw them together on a flatbread and grill it. Top it all off with whatever fresh herbs are in my garden. We get some really fun & interesting combinations. No two are ever the same!

My everything in the fridge salad. the best is when i have raw corn, heirloom tomatoes and avocado to through on lettuce blends. i just discovered the cilantro trader joe’s dressing in the fridge section. OMG so good

Fat Salad – which is marinated grilled chicken over homegrown greens with heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs, and whatever else we happen to pull from the garden that day. Yesterday it was strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Yum!
