We make “milkshakes” with milk, ice, frozen bananas and either fruit or cocoa powder. They are really refreshing!

First, crank on the AC. Then take a cool shower and change into cool cotton clothes. Keep pure filtered water in the fridge with lemons/limes/ strawberries/cucumbers available to much on and to infuse in the water.
