This coconut milk smoothie is made with only 5 ingredients and is vegan-friendly! It’s a quick and easy, 5-minute breakfast that is protein-packed!

Ingredients

  • 1  Scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 5  Medjool Dates, Pitted And Roughly Chopped
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, Plus Additional For Topping, If Desired
  • 10  Large Frozen Strawberries

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with additional coconut flakes and devour.
