Description

Ready in the morning—even if you aren’t!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Steel Cut Oats
  • ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Applesauce
  • ⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Pecans
  • ½ whole Apple, Seeded And Chopped
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar or covered container. Shake well and place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning!

You can certainly sub in rolled oats and low fat milk! The consistency will be more creamy- not as chewy.

This really sounds good, but I have a question, I do not have steel cut oats or the almond milk, could I use just the rolled oats and low fat milk?
