Description

If you like spicy food, you definitely don’t want to miss these Asian-style spicy, peanut-sauce-flavored zucchini noodles. After adding a few simple and commonly used ingredients, you can make these fresh and creamy zucchini noodles with a twist of hot flavor in 10 minutes or less.

Ingredients

  • 2  Medium Zucchini
  • 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce, Gluten-free If Desired
  • ⅛ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil (or Appropriate Amount For Your Taste)
  • ½ Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Seeds (white Or Black)

Preparation

Use a mandoline julienne slicer or spiral vegetable slicer to slice the zucchini squash. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) until creamy. Add sauce into the bowl with zucchini noodles. Gently toss to combine thoroughly.

Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
