Description

This super easy and tasty dressing is great on just about any salad!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until well-combined. Pour over salad of your choice!

Dressing will keep in the fridge for a day or two. You will need to shake it well before each use.

Hi Jen of my tiny oven..this is alot like the one I’m always throwing together, except I usually skip the garlic and use pomegranate vinegar and brown sugar. Thought I’d share..

I don’t like it when I have to give less than a 4, but I really felt like I was just eating salad with Olive Oil. I really had to pour a lot to get the flavor (which was decent) but then everything was oily. The more I added, the more I kept thinking how less & less healthy my salad was becoming…

I agree, it is perfect! I plan to always have some of this mixed up in the fridge. Easy, everything you already have in your pantry, and the whole family liked it.
