Jalapeno Potato Salad

Description
This potato salad is not spicy. It just has a little kick to it. I guess it all depends on how hot your jalapenos are.
Ingredients
- 10 cups Boiled Red Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed (approximately 5 Pounds)
- 8 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 10 whole Ribs Of Celery, Chopped
- 10 whole Green Onion, Chopped. Using Some Of The Tops
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 3 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
- ½ cups Pickled Jalapeños, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Jalapeno Juice From Can
- ¼ cups Parsley, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Fold all of the ingredients together. Taste gets even better the next day. So refrigerate it overnight if you can.
