Description

I love ranch dressing, but I hate the caloric price tag! I have fine-tuned this healthier ranch dressing recipe to be WAY better than anything you’ll find bottled.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Light Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Parsley, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
  • ½ cups Skim Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until thoroughly combined.

No food processor? If you don’t have a food processor, combine and stir manually with a spoon. It will be just as tasty.

Salt and pepper can be added to taste. If you wish for a thicker or thinner dressing, adjust the skim milk accordingly.

The dressing will keep for about a week in your fridge, if you don’t eat it all first!
