Herbed Potato Salad

Description
Yummy potato salad with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Red Or Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 bunch Sage
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1-½ teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 bunch Tarragon
- ¾ cups Heavy Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Preparation
1. Boil potatoes until soft (15-20 minutes).
2. Smash potatoes (with skin), then add remaining ingredients and toss together.
I used these herbs because I had them on hand from my garden, but use whatever you have!
