Gorgonzola & Apple Coleslaw

Description
Simple coleslaw with a gourmet twist.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 bag (14 To 16 Oz. Size) Shredded Coleslaw Mix (no Dressing)
- 1 whole Granny Smith Apple, Peeled And Cut Into Thin Matchstick Strips
- 4 ounces, weight Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper, and salt until well blended. Add cabbage, apple pieces, and gorgonzola cheese and toss well to coat with dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6-8 side dish servings.
