Festive Fall Salad

Description
The sweet fruit contrasts so well with the salty nuts and gorgonzola. Not nly is it delicious, but it’s a pretty addition to your table setting!
Ingredients
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- ¼ cups Sherry Wine Vinegar
- ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1-¼ cup Olive Oil
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 bag (about 12 Oz. Size) Mixed Greens
- 1 whole Gala Apple, Sliced And Cut Into Pieces
- 1 whole Pear, Sliced And Cut Into Pieces
- ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
- ½ whole Onion, Sliced
- 1 whole Cucumber, Sliced
- ⅓ cups Nuts (walnuts, Almonds, Pecans Or Pine Nuts)
- ⅓ cups Crumbled Gorgonzola
Preparation
If making salad dressing, whisk together both vinegars. Then pour olive oil into vinegars in a steady stream while whisking. Taste to test the balance of oil and vinegar and add more olive oil if needed.
Toss all salad ingredients together and then toss with salad dressing.
