Curried Carrot and Raisin Salad

Description
Greek yogurt and spicy curry make a creamy, tangy dressing with a kick for this sweet and savory side salad.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Carrots, Peeled And Shredded Using A Peeler
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani)
- 1 teaspoon Cane Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder (Muchi Curry)
- ¼ cups Raisins, Loosely Packed
Preparation
1. Shred carrots into thin strips using a peeler.
2. Combine yogurt, sugar and curry powder until well blended. Fold in shredded carrots and raisins.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve cool or at room temperature!
