We say no to horrible, mass-produced cole slaw! This homemade version is lighter and so much better!
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard and sugar in a bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Add the cabbage/carrot mix, bell pepper and tomato, gently mix to combine, then season to taste.
Refrigerate for approximately an hour to let the vegetables absorb the dressing.
