Fresh and delicious summer pasta salad!
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Cook the pasta to al dente according to package directions.
3. While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce. In a blender, combine the garlic, yogurt, basil, olive oil and vinegar. Puree until really smooth and pale green. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
4. Two minutes before the pasta is going to be done, add the peas to the pot of boiling pasta.
5. Drain the pasta and peas and rinse with cold water.
6. Add the pasta back to the pot you cooked it in and add the sauce. Toss the pasta to coat.
7. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta and serve immediately or chilled.
