Sea salt , great olive oil and fresh basil make this mozzarella and tomato salad outstanding.
Rinse tomatoes and slice in half or leave whole, according to your preference. Drain fresh mozzarella and cut each ball in half. Tear basil leaves into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, mozzarella and basil together. Drizzle with 2 tbsp ( or more to taste) of olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.

I make this anytime mozzarella balls are on sale. It’s so yummy, and incredibly easy.
