Description

Crispy, crunchy, tangy and full of flavor. Veggies are just more fun when they’re shredded!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 4 whole Baby Bok Choy, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Carrot, Thinly Sliced Or Peeled
  • 2 stalks Celery, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice-wine Vingear
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Agave Or Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sesame Seeds, For Garnish

Preparation

Combine vegetables for the salad in a large bowl.

Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss well to fully dress the salad.

Garnish with sesame seeds.

This was a pretty good little salad. It would work great as a side salad to a main dish. The dressing was really good, I liked it!

Very good and easy! I topped the salad with sliced, grilled chicken breast to make it a heartier main course.
