Description

A delicious fusion of crisp apples, toasted almonds and tart cranberries in a sweet viniagrette sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Balsamic Viniagrette
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • 1 cup Cooked (according To Package Instructions For 1 Cup Of Quinoa) And Cooled Quinoa
  • ½ cups Toasted Almond Slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried (or Fresh) Basil
  • ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
  • 3 Tablespoons Feta Cheese

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic and honey. Set aside for later use.

In a large bowl, toss together the quinoa and remaining ingredients until blended well. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
