I made this for an alternative to lamb for a non jewish passover dinner. Everyone raved about this and the next day I made a yummy chicken noodle soup with the leftovers. Thanks!

I’m rating this for my older sister, as she isn’t a member. I sent her the recipe last week & told her to make for dinner, she had no idea what to make. SHE LOVED IT & so did her family!! She said it was super easy and so moist! She did not change anything and will def be making it again! My younger sis is now going to make it for her familys NYE dinner!
I will make it next month for a get together at my home!
