Description

All your favorite veggies loaded into one amazing pizza bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (2.25 Oz Can) Sliced Black Olives
  • ⅓ cups Mushrooms, Diced
  • ¼ cups Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 whole Medium Roma Tomato, Diced
  • 1 pound Large Wheat Pizza Dough (enough For 1 Large Pizza)
  • 1 can 8oz. Can, Hunts Pizza Sauce, Basil, Oregano And Garlic Flavor
  • ½ cups Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Flour, For Sprinkling On Your Work Surface

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a medium bowl combine olives, mushrooms, bell pepper and tomato and mix it up.

Lay out the pizza dough onto a floured surface and expand the dough using your hands until it reaches a rectangular shape. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into medium size squares (2 or 3 inches square, or your desired size).

Place a small drop of sauce onto the middle of each square. Top with mozzarella and vegetable mixture. Pull up all four corners of the dough very carefully and pinch them together to form a solid ball.

Place the balls into a greased baking dish and continue until all pizza balls are finished.

In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush the top of each ball with olive oil and a little pinch of Parmesan and seasoning for each one.

Place the balls in the oven to cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with the heated leftover sauce or my favorite ranch dressing.
