Description

I’ve never found someone who doesn’t like these, even if they don’t like tuna! The cream cheese adds a wonderful flavor and creamy texture and the melted Swiss really compliments the tuna.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna, Drained
  • 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • Minced Onion
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Swiss Cheese

Preparation

Mix drained tuna and cream cheese until smooth.

Add minced onion, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spread tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla, sprinkle generously with Swiss cheese, then fold over.

Heat 1-2 tbs. of olive oil in a skillet and fry tortillas until golden brown on both sides.

I served this for dinner tonight. It was really good! My husband was skeptical, but we both really enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again.
