Made this last night. Big Hit!
my favorite was making the marinade, a little tequila for you sauce, and a little for me. ![]()
Served it over brown rice, topped with cheese, pico de gallo and avocado slices and a dollop of sour cream. Heavenly.

Delicious, flavorful and so juicy!
I made this for dinner tonight and it was a big hit.

I made this last night for my husband and I, and we both loved it! It was so easy to make and quick! I did omit the tequila from the marinade and the chicken still turned out with a wonderful flavor. I served it with the refried black beans and salsa. Absolutely delicious!

This was so delicious! I only marinated it for about 5 hours and it was full of flavor and juicy.
I had the tequila out on the counter when making the marinade and my husband walked by and asked if I was trying to kill him (he’s not a tequila fan AT ALL) but once cooked, he happily ate a HUGE piece plus plenty of leftovers, so even if you don’t particularly like tequila, you won’t taste it once cooked.

This is seriously one of the best dinners I’ve ever made! Absolutely loved it. I left out the tequila, only because I didn’t have any, but I can’t imagine it getting any better with it. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks PW!

YUM! I let the chicken marinate for two whole days (kind of on accident) and was worried it had made the chicken tough, but it was delicious and very tender!
I baked it and then shredded it and served it as burritos with mexican rice, cheese, and sour cream. Completely yummy.

We had great success with this. I almost passed out when I accidentally breathed in to close to the marinade, but it sure tasted great on the chicken!

This was excellent! I didn’t make it exactly according to the recipe – I probably dumped in more cilantro than it called for, and I used white wine instead of tequila. It was still phenomenal. We made tostadas with the chicken!

I didn’t have tequila, and I served it with plain rice, but this was so good my husband licked his plate.
Yeah, he’s classy.

Ree I just made this for my family and my husband is a beef only kind of guy, since we have feeder cows, and he said this was the best chicken he has ever had!! Thanks so much for the recipe!!!

I only tried the marinade (bring a dish cook out) and it was fabulous. I let the chicken soak for over 24 hours and all the flavor was infused. Everyone really liked it – plan on making it very soon.

This was awesome! My husband is a beef man, but he was very impressed with this chicken dish. I made Mexican Rice and refried beans to accompany and it was great!

I made this with rum instead of tequila, and it’s still amazingly delicious. Got wide stares of pleasure and ‘feel free to do this again soon!’ all around.

Does anyone have the refried bean recipe that went with this? It’s no longer posted, and they were excellent!
