This dish is so good, your taste buds will NEVER know it’s fat free feta!
In a large sauté pan, begin cooking chicken pieces, sprinkling in marjoram, cumin and salt. Cook until done and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the red onion for a few minutes. Once onions have turned slightly translucent, add spinach and garlic. Sauté until spinach begins to wilt. Add chicken back into pan, and lastly add feta cheese. Stir to combine and let feta get slightly melty. Serve.
