Description

The easiest shrimp dish in the world. Use shrimp right out of the freezer—piece of cake!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Raw Shrimp, Deveined, Shells On
  • 2 sticks Cold Unsalted Butter Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • ¼ cups Fresh Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse frozen shrimp to separate, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

In the bowl of a food processor, add cold butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, parsley, and red pepper. Pulse until combined. Sprinkle cold butter crumbles over the shrimp.

Bake until shrimp is opaque and butter is hot and bubbly.

Serve with hot crusty bread. Peel and eat the shrimp, then dip the bread into the butter in the bottom of the pan.

The first time I saw this recipe, I was determined to try it immediately. But I didn’t have any shrimp, so I substituted boneless chicken breasts. OMG! It was DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to try it with shrimp.

My husband and I made this recipe for a work party at our home. It was super easy to make and everyone loved it. The only thing we did wrong was no buy enough shrimp. We will definitely be making this shrimp again.

Made this last night for Valentine’s appetizer and loved it! I used fresh shrimp, so the cook time was only about 5 minutes, and dipping the bread in all that butter was even better than the shrimp! My husband wants to make it again tonight!

We added more red pepper flakes and used peeled shrimp. It is so simple to throw together and tastes SO good!

Made this tonight. It was good but rich due to all of the butter. Next time I would consider increasing the red pepper flakes for more of a kick. I thought this was good, but it was not my absolute favorite. Would recommend trying it for sure though!
