Wow I forgot to rate your recipe and I have come back to try and rate it. Hope it lets me because with so many compliment I got when I fixed it I surely want to rate it with 5 mitts.

This was SOOO good, especially over mashed potatoes. I loved how it just fell apart and was so tender. It reminded me of the “Swiss Steak” dish at one of our favorite family style restaurants in colonial Amana, Iowa.
I am passing this recipe on to all of my friends and family and will only make cube steak using THIS recipe from now on. Thanks for a simple yet delicious recipe.

I made this last night and it was so good! The meat was fork tender and very yummy. I would recommend this and will be making it again.

An instant hit for my husband and me! Super delicious and TENDER meat; I love how “melt in your mouth” the meat becomes. Warning: This is NOT for those on a low-sodium diet!
But it’s DELICIOUS!

oh dear, I messed up the “mitts” –I would give it 4.5 mitts –not the 3.5 I accidentally hit! Anyways, great recipe –delicious and easy –my 7 year old dd gobbled it up!

Made this last night and it went over well. Slow cooking the steak is a great idea. I added a little lemon pepper seasoning to the steaks just to add another layer of flavor. Will definitely make this again and I think I might add onions and green peppers next time. Thanks for sharing this one!

I made this on Friday and it was sooooo good!! I ended up only using 2 packages of gravy mix (onion and a mushroom). I used about 3 cups of fresh mushroom cut into quarters. Yep, I will totally make this again.

I wasn’t sure I believed the “Melt in your mouth” part – cube steak is usually very chewy. But this was really fork tender and delicious! I also added onions and peppers and served it with brown rice.

This is the only way I’ll make cubed steak from now on. So tender!

I don’t ever cook with cube steak but this one sounded very interesting and I love my crock pot!! Well, I made it tonight and it was delicious!!!!! I know that I will definitely make this one again and will pass this recipe on to my daughters. I’m sure they will love it.

This was absolutely the best cubed steak. Tender!!! it was falling apart and pieces were mixed in with the gravy which was yummy on it’s on. The five kids in my house scarfed it down which says a lot. When you can get kids to eat and not talk you know the food’s good. lol Thank you for sharing this wonderful reciepe
