Delish! I used fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, asiago, and parmesan cheese! YUM!

YUM! Made this with fontina, parmesan, asiago and a little goat cheese. Served with grilled chicken breasts and salad to try and health it up a bit. The next day, the hubby was so excited when he remembered that we had leftovers for lunch.
