Description

Making pizza crust is ridiculously easy if you have a bread maker. You simply dump the ingredients in the bowl of the bread machine and it does virtually everything for you (except roll out the dough). This pizza was fantastic, so give this No-Fail Pizza Dough a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water (105°F To 115°F)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (or Granulated Sugar)
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt (or Any Salt)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Or Canola Oil
  • 3 cups Bread Flour, Up To 1/2 Cup More If Needed, Depending On Humidity
  • 2-¼ teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

Preparation

In the bowl of a bread maker fitted with the mixing blade, add the warm water, honey, salt, oil and bread flour. Make sure flour covers all the other ingredients well. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and attach bowl to your bread machine.

Set your bread machine to the dough cycle and hit start. That’s it—it’s like magic! The dough should be smooth and easy to work with.

Roll it out to the desired thickness (keep in mind the dough rises a bit in the oven). Then top with your favorite toppings and bake.

Makes enough for 4 medium to large pizzas (depending on the thickness of the crust). Freeze what you don’t use in an airtight container or zip-top freezer bag for up to 3 months. Roll it out to use in your favorite recipe using pizza dough.
