Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise makes this a healthy and delicious alternative to chicken salad that is great on bread or even on top of a leafy salad.
In a large bowl stir together yogurt, maple syrup and Dijon mustard until creamy. Add in chicken, apple, cranberries and walnuts and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on bread, croissants or on a bed of lettuce.
