Description

A quick and easy no-bake pumpkin cheesecake you’ll enjoy all season long.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (regular Or Reduced Fat)
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Topping, Thawed, Regular Or Light
  • 9-inch Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Preparation

In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugars until creamy. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread filling evenly into pie crust. Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

This pie was absolutely amazing! It was so simple to make, and so rich and creamy! I used only a little ginger and added allspice, for our particular spice preferences. I also added caramel drizzle over the top, and it was the perfect touch. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
