Description

Grown up version of a PB & J. Twist on a classic, grilled. You won’t want your peanut butter sandwich any other way after this!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter, Creamy
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Or Whole Grain Bread
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Light Butter, Optional

Preparation

Spread peanut butter on one side of the first piece of bread. Squeeze honey on one side of the other piece of bread. Fold together and butter both sides (optional).

On medium heat, cook sandwich in a skillet or on a griddle for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Cut in half, diagonally. It tastes better that way. It’s science.

Peanut butter and honey is a classic combo, but grilling it really didn’t add much.
