Description
Fried chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 package Chicken Legs And Thighs
- 4 cups Oil
- 2 whole Egg
- 6 Tablespoons Milk
- 3 cups Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Emeril's Original Spice
Preparation
Heat oil in pan. While the oil is heating, mix the eggs and milk in a bowl. In a plastic bag, mix the flour and Emeril’s Original Spice. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the flour. Cook on each side for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
