Fried chicken.
Heat oil in pan. While the oil is heating, mix the eggs and milk in a bowl. In a plastic bag, mix the flour and Emeril’s Original Spice. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the flour. Cook on each side for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I am from the south and should know how to make fried chicken- but I don’t. I think I will start here!
