Description

Tender, falling-off-the-bone baby back ribs … made in your slow cooker! These will change your life.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ pounds Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 Tablespoon Barbecue Spice Rub (I Used Stubb's Pork Rub)
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

Using a sharp knife, slice the rack of ribs in half so you have two small racks. Generously sprinkle and rub the pork rub all over the ribs.

Place both racks at the bottom of your crockpot.

Place diced onions on top of ribs in the pot, followed by the minced garlic. Finally, pour barbecue sauce over everything.

Place lid on the crockpot and turn heat to low. Cook for 7 hours. At this point the meat should definitely be falling off the bone!

These were super tasty and very easy! I am not a fan of onions, so I put slices of onion on top of the ribs so I could pull them off at the end. My husband said these were the best ribs he’d ever had. They were so good! Will make these again! :) Thanks, Jenna!
